Start of the match
Goalless draw at half-time in Riga, in a very balanced game between two teams with high ambitions in the tournament. There were opportunities for both sides, but it was Ukraine who created the most danger, although without much volume. This is only the third game in this final phase to reach rest at 0-0. If the tie persists after 40 minutes, there will be extra time and, if necessary, penalties.
Finally opened the scoring and with a very classy goal! Toure meets Gueddoura who makes it 1-0
A. Mohammed is expelled. Cut with your hand above the goal line. Red card and penalty for Ukraine.
Yevhenii Zhuk with a strong right-footed shot, with no chance for the French goalkeeper. 1-1
End of regulation time. Game goes into extra time
France takes the lead again! Mouhoudine is unforgiving when converting a free kick from ten meters, with a high shot, into the center of the goal.
3-1! Bisa Mouhoudine! Crossed shot from outside the area, from the right, a teammate opens his legs and surprises Sukhov, who is unable to defend.
The France captain completes his hat-trick in extra time with a counterattack to a pass from Ouassini Guirio who, selflessly, served his colleague in a good position.
Ukraine goal! Korsun converts a free kick from ten meters and revives Ukraine's hopes.
