Coach

It was a very competitive game, with many duels.
In the 1st half, Instituto did very well, even better than Sporting because, essentially, its players were often superior in duels and split balls. Despite it being a balanced first half, the Institute entered the game better, showing great commitment and determination.
In the 1st half of the 2nd Half, the Sporting team was much superior to the opponent, not allowing them to create any danger to our goal, and it was natural that we reached 1-0.
I thought we would be able to maintain this level until the end of the game, but we conceded a rather strange goal, which made the Institute motivated and caused us to lose a little of our shine.
In the final part of the game, we were once again superior to Instituto and, as such, I think we deserve to qualify for the Final Four of the Portuguese Cup.
It's a shame that a team with this quality fell by the wayside, but that's how the Cup is. There are other teams with a lot of quality along the way.
I think we're going to see a good Final Four, especially because 4 quality teams will be present.

Excellent advertising for the sport, this game played at Nave de Alvalade.
In front of a full pavilion and with a large and noisy supporter from Louriçal, we witnessed a very emotional game, extremely well played and where the dedication of the players from both teams is noteworthy.
Game where neither team achieved clear superiority over the other, except at the beginning of the 2nd half where Sporting came on more pressing and caused some bitterness for the Instituto team, even managing to take the lead after a ball rebound in the area.
Always responding in a calm and organized manner, the Institute - which here was defending the title won the previous year - managed to tie the match and create a clear opportunity to take the lead.
The game was approaching its end, it was still extremely lively and well contested, the goal could come from either goal and it was Sporting who managed to take the lead with two minutes left to end the match.
The Institute tried everything to achieve a draw but it was Sporting, at a time when the Institute was playing with one less player (incorrect decision by the refereeing duo), that fixed the result in the final 31.
Victory for the team that once again knew how to make the best use of the opportunities presented to them, the Institute is certain that they are facing an excellent team and that in whatever field they enter their thoughts are only one - victory. It's a shame that they didn't achieve it in this game in order to be present in the final four to defend the title won last year.
The work of the refereeing team had some errors during the game, the biggest being 34 seconds from the end when the player Nuno Dias was unfairly sent off, due to an alleged accumulation of yellow cards.
