Today we watched a real futsal game – everything that futsal offers us and makes us passionate about was seen today. It was a match in which we were winning 4-0 with brutal clarity, with two misfortunes – we committed two penalties -; then we missed another penalty; we managed to have a player sent off, without understanding why; playing with one less and with an already adverse result (4-4), we managed not to concede a goal from 4 to 3; my team was fantastic; then in the final part, my more enlightened team took advantage of the best moments to score the advantage (5-4) and then, with Desportivo das Aves playing from 5 to 4, we extended the result to 6-4. This victory is to dedicate to many people: firstly, to the people who came to support us in the game against Benfica, in which we gave a bad image. This is for them! This fight between these players was brutal, this is Fabril's DNA; then, to the people who came here today to support us and also thank the management of GD Fabril for having trusted in GD Fabril/Auto Kuatrus and the management of Auto Kuatrus for investing in this team. This first victory of the season is right for them all, because they deserve it and, secondly, for the players who have been fighting but who have not been able to achieve the good taste that is victory – today we achieved it in a great futsal game, although it may not have been well played but the emotion was brutal.

Regarding the game, firstly, I have to praise my players and congratulate my team for turning the score from 4 unfavorable goals to 4-4. We knew we were going to have a very difficult game, that Fabril had to score, the crowd would certainly be cheering and that's what happened, but as I said in the locker room at the end, it becomes difficult, because even though we started the game poorly we had the foresight to tie the game and then, as happened last week, we lost the game in a transition in which we were superior by four against two - it's unacceptable. Combined with the mistakes we made, I think that, honestly, we didn't deserve to win. I can't constantly apologize for being a team that is undoubtedly growing, has shown good futsal moments, but if it constantly makes these mistakes in a systematic way, it will be very complicated. Right now we could have six or nine points, but we have three; We came with the desire to score but things don't always go well, but this is futsal, this is the game and we have to know how to live with that and know how to turn things around.
